I followed you from Tom's blog. This is a nice blog, and you have a lot to offer! However, in terms of business, I am totally clueless what you are "starup" is that you mentioned in your comment there. I scanned through some posts, but I still don't see it. Do you want to be hired as coach? Do you want this blog to make money? Or is there something else?
I wrote about this in my own recent post for aspiring entrepreneurs, but really, you need to market -- clear and loud -- and market with passion and authenticity. You've got the passion and authenticity part, so work it out to marketing.
